"This book is a page
turner!!! I enjoyed the realness of the Author and the fact that
she didn't dance around the issue with a lot of 'psycho-babble'.
She was straightforward and humorous."

Beverly Mahone's new book, Whatever,
offers a fresh and humorous look at something folks like myself never
thought we'd have to deal with--midlife and menopause. Seems
like those of us who were born in the prime of the baby boomer years,
didn't think that the 70s would end, we'd grow up, and one day turn
into...yikes...our parents. A delightful read, with great
insights, and Scriptures to aid in this journey."

"Beverly Mahone speaks about her
life as an emerging baby boomer - reading the book is almost like
being in the same room with her! She jokes about hot flashes, worries
about her daughter, and shares her story of new-found love. A good
read, the book also offers readers tips that helped Beverly get
through some of the transitions in her life. Enjoy!"

It's
like someone read my mind and put my thoughts into words. Just when
I thought I was the only one experiencing these new, foreign,
sometimes scary and downright obtrusive feelings, Beverly let me
know that I am not alone. I laughed out loud while sighing with the
relief. Then I let my mom read it and she laughed out loud, too.
This is a must read for baby boomers traversing the trail to middle
age.

“I just wanted to say -
that the book is awesome - I read it on yesterday in a few hours. -
this book is one that once you pick it up you can't just put it
down.... I can truly identify with you with the dwarfs - raising the
child as a single parent - being married, divorced the mama's
beating and all. All I could do was smile because we sound soooooo
much alike.”

“I have read the first five
chapters and have chuckled a lot. Because I am a few years older than
you are, you know that I can relate well to what is in the book. As I
read the passages, I can hear you saying this stuff. Some of it is
just too funny, though true.”

"I finished the book last night. It is wonderful! A true guide to those of us needing it right about now. I will re-read it. I started my exercise and new meal program today (I'll let you know how it works). I also intend to talk to my mother and other friends about
menopause."

Beverly Mahone has
written an inspirational baby boomer book from which all women can
find encouragement. Whatever your midlife compliant, be assured
Mahone has survived it and has journaled about it in one of her
stories. Whatever! should be added to the bookshelf of every boomer
woman who seeks inspiration for the uncontrollable symptoms of
middle age.

I purchased the book on Sunday and I finished
it on Monday. I loved it. I started it over breakfast and finished it by
dinner. I encourage all woman over thirty to purchase this book. From
the beginning to the end it will keep you laughing and wanting more and
more. I can't wait for part two, the males perspective on how they deal
with the big "M". Thanks Bev, I really enjoyed taking my own
trip down memory lane.

| I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book -
twice. Ms. Mahone uses wit and humor to address the issues that many
of us boomers face. I didn't necessarily "learn" anything
from it, but it is always nice to read about shared experiences,
especially when you can nod your head and get a good chuckle out of
it.

“I enjoyed reading WHATEVER! It
felt so much like chatting with a good friend who just happens to have
a wealth of sound professional knowledge on various extremely relevant
topics.”

Beverly
Mahone puts it right out there in a way we of her era can really
relate. Her experiences sound so much like mine I felt I was reading
about myself, but she made me laugh where I may have wanted to cry
while going through the trials. Her sense of humor is fresh and
lively and is definitely on time. Her writing style keeps you
turning the pages. This book is perfect reading for Baby Boomers who
need to see the positive side of what looks like a no-win situation.
You can win. Beverly shows us how - just say: WHATEVER!

"WHATEVER!! is timely for those of us in
the New Baby Buddy club!!! I felt as if I was having a conversation
over tea with a girlfriend about life's adventures!!!
I could definitely relate to working for people younger than me over
the years. Beverly's style is sooo refreshing and I look forward to
more of her perspective on the various evolutions of "I Am
Woman". Keep roaring Beverly, loud for all to hear!!! Your friend
in Delaware!!!

Oh ladies!!!
I just last night finished Beverly's book, *Whatever!* and I've got to
tell you....WHAT A REFRESHING treat!!! It was like sitting with Beverly
herself and just chatting with her! I devoured the book in two sittings.
Initially, I was going to take the book with me on my girlfriend weekend
that I go on every year (it's this weekend!!!!) But the book just sat on
my desk, calling out to be read!!! So...I indulged myself and I am so
glad that I did!
I
especially loved the way the book unfolded...as you read through
it...your mind thinks of questions that you would like to ask Bev as she
shares and to my delight....I found myself reading the answers in very
short order!!
She is
candid, and MOST honest about her own journey through menopause and the
aging process......if you already love this woman....you will love her
even more when you are finished with her book...
Thank you
Beverly, for daring to address and share your experiences with this
trying time in a woman life....
I love you
dearly....and thrilled that you call me a friend!

You don't have to be over 40
to buy Beverly's book. But if you are over 40 you should definitely
get your hands on this book.
It is funny and so
recognizable. I read it in two days. And that is two days of just a
little bit of reading before turning of the bedside light. I would
have read it in ONE day if my eyes were not so heavy the first
night...
Beverly, thank you for
signing my book. This copy will be cherished by me. I really enjoyed
reading it and will definitely buy more copies when I need a present
for one of my friends ;-)

"I truly enjoyed reading a best
seller “WHATEVER”. I laughed; I reminisced, and called my sister
and told her that this is must read. I reminded her, of her
introduction to the seven dwarfs. (Poor child thought she was coming
down with a terrible illness) I identified with it so much. Thanks for
sharing."

"Beverly
Mahone has done it again -- written a great book! She's managed
to capture exactly what Baby Boomers are going through with facts and
humor. It's an excellent book, and I would encourage everyone to
purchase the book "Whatever"! Baby Boomers and those
getting ready to go through the menopause phase -- and even those
in the work force should purchase this book for personal knowledge,
and most of all, to see the power of God's hand move on His anointed
ones."
