What is your New Years’ Resolution for 2008?

My resolution every year is to lose weight.  This year my resolution is to become healthier.  Another idea is to learn more about marketing. 

Did you keep your Resolution(s) in 2007?

 Yes, I did keep my resolutions in 2007.  I did lose 15 lbs this year.  I've learned more about the Law of Attraction and how God wants me to be happy in everything I do.  It has taken me a lifetime to really understand this and to love myself for who I am.  I've realized, I love myself and I love my life!  With the exception of one thing, I'm living the life of my dreams.

What’s the main reason you think people fail to meet their goals?

I think people fail to meet their goals because their goals are not something they are truly passionate about.  If you are passionate about a goal, your focus is more genuine.

What do you look forward to in 2008 that didn’t seem possible in 2007?

I look forward to every day of my life! 
I look forward to a promotion at my full time job.
I look forward to promoting my cookbook and new website.
I look forward to becoming healthier and having all of my health issues under control.

What’s your best feature? 

I think my best feature is my complexion.  People have stopped me in the stores and tell me how pretty my complexion is.  My husband is shocked when this happens.  It amazes him that people compliment others over their complexion.

What’s your favorite day of the week and why?

My favorite day of the week is Saturday mornings.  I can sleep late (about 8:00 or 9:00 am) get up fix a cup of coffee and sit outside (in the spring and fall) and listen to the birds, or curl up on the couch in front of the fire with my laptop, and just chill out.  I don't plan much on Saturday's mornings as this is my time.

What celebrity actress do you think you look like or have been told you resemble?

I've never been told I look like an actress.

What business tip would you like to offer?

Focus, focus, focus.  Focus on one or two things instead of a lot of things.
